2. Cancellation by the Customer:

• More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 70% refund of the total package cost.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

1. Cancellation by Alpine Hikes Pvt. Ltd.:

• A full refund will be provided if the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.) or if the minimum participation requirement is not met.
• Alternatively, customers may opt for a rescheduled trip at no additional cost.

1. No Show:

• No refund will be provided for participants who fail to attend the trip without prior notice.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
• The customer will bear any banking or transaction charges incurred during the refund process.

3. Special Circumstances

• Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be considered for partial refunds upon submission of valid medical documents.
• Natural Calamities: In the case of trips affected by natural calamities after commencement, refunds will be calculated based on services utilized.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

• Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Rescheduling requests made more than 15 days before departure can be accommodated at no extra cost.
• Requests made within 15 days of departure may attract a rescheduling fee.
