1. Booking Policy

To confirm your booking with Alpine Hikes, the following terms apply:

  • Advance Token: A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required to block dates and vehicle.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid 7 days prior to the journey start date or upon arrival (as agreed).
  • ID Proof: All passengers must carry valid Government ID (Aadhar/Voter ID) for Yatra Registration.

2. Cancellation & Refund

If you need to cancel your trip, the following refund slab applies:

  • 30 Days or more before trip: 100% Refund of the advance amount (minus bank charges).
  • 15-29 Days before trip: 50% Refund of the advance amount.
  • 0-14 Days before trip: No Refund.

*In case of Yatra suspension by Govt due to weather, we will try to adjust dates but refund is not guaranteed for hotels/heli.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your data (Name, Phone, Documents) is used strictly for:

  • Generating Yatra e-Pass (Biometric Registration).
  • Hotel and Helicopter bookings.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
