• Enquiries: when you use a form on this website, the name, phone number, city, group size, yatra and travel month you enter are saved in our booking system so our team can call you back.
• Personal identification: name, age, gender and contact details of each traveller.
• Government IDs: Aadhaar card or passport, required for the mandatory yatra registration and for helicopter bookings.
• Medical information: basic fitness declarations required for high-altitude zones.

2. How we use it

Your data is never sold or traded. It is used only for:

• Booking hotels, helicopter services and VIP darshan passes.
• Completing the Uttarakhand Government's mandatory yatra registration.
• Making sure our ground team and drivers know about your health or dietary needs.
• Replying to your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp.

3. Security and retention

Your documents are processed securely through our digital systems. Once your journey is complete, sensitive identification documents are permanently removed from our active operational databases.

4. Website statistics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website — which pages are opened, where people click and how far they scroll, including anonymised recordings of visits. Clarity uses cookies for this; you can read how Microsoft handles this data in the Microsoft privacy statement. We do not use advertising cookies.
